Usha Christmas
Usha Christmas (MSST) is a fully insured Sports Therapy Practitioner and a registered member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST).
Since 2009, she has also worked with the Princess Alice Hospice, Esher.
Every year a team of volunteers train for the Brighton and London Flora Marathon's to help raise much needed funds for the Charity. Usha sits on their Q&A board and provides; advice to the runners at the pre-race gatherings and, on the day, post-event massage treatments.
