

Rehabilitation
The first step is the consultation. This is an opportunity to review your medical history, work through your goals and establish a specific path forward. Once you have established your goal the remaining time will consist of assessments based around your injury/condition.
The body works in unison and groups of muscles will work together to perform correct movement. Because of this we will choose a range of assessments. These assessments are vital because they will be the foundation of your programme. However, the results may also indicate factors that contributed to the injury/condition in the first place!
The exercises will be aimed at improving certain areas of fitness where you have shown weakness; such as stability, flexibility, strength, endurance and if needed, and when appropriate, agility. The exercises may also help re-educate the body in correct movement, improving the relationship between the brain and the muscle allowing you to function properly. In summary, the programme will be helping you get back to optimum health as quickly and effectively as possible!
