During her career Kim has worked one on one with many clients, to help them achieve lasting weight loss, through nutrition and exercise and rehabilitation to increase movement of joints and decrease pain.
She will look at your situation as a whole, including your nutrition and lifestyle to ensure a plan that guarantees you excel in achieving your goals. In the past Kim has worked with the Australian Institute of Fitness teaching students hoping to qualify as personal trainers and at an exclusive weight loss retreat helping countless clients achieve their weight loss goals.
Consultation
The first step is the consultation. This is an opportunity to review your medical history, work through your goals and establish a specific path forward. Once you have established your goal the remaining time will consist of assessments based around your health and fitness needs; whether its for performance enhancement, weight loss or corrective exercise. These may include:

- Manual muscle testing

- Movement patterns

- Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ)
Your assessment is vital because it is the foundation of your programme design. The results of these will be used to create a specific programme aimed at improving your weaknesses and helping you achieve your goal as quickly and effectively as possible.
